The whole thing in three steps
Number 1: your price for later
Once your prepaid months are used up, you pay this amount per month. The more comes together with us in total, the smaller it gets.

The bar is your price per month: the more comes together, the lower it is. The calculation covers your total amount, not the single purchase. A step once reached stays. It never gets worse.

Above you saw what you later pay per month. Here you see how many months your contribution already buys today.
The calculation covers the sum of all your contributions, not the single purchase. If you pay twice, what you have given in total counts together.

One account over a year. Every line is a purchase, the right-hand column shows the status afterwards.
5,00 € has become 2,50 € per month — permanently. Both follow the same total: the price falls as soon as a step is reached, and the months grow with every contribution. 100 € over a year has thus become 50 prepaid months.
