What you get. By redeeming the access code you create your own account with us. From the launch of the h_OURs platform, this account gives you access to the platform to the extent of the gifted code. The platform is under development: we do not promise a binding launch date, and we do not owe any particular functions or development stages. The range of functions, the design and the schedules may change in the course of development.

What data we process. When your account is created we process the same set of data as for an account created through a purchase of your own — in particular your email address and your customer account data including a user ID. Additional, voluntary features, such as being named in our public supporters list, are covered by separate consent that you can withdraw at any time; the details are in the privacy policy.

What you pay for it. You pay no money for the use of your account. However, personal data is processed as consideration (§ 327 para. 3 BGB). You therefore have the same consumer protection rights as under a contract for payment — including the right of withdrawal set out below.

When the contract comes into existence. At the moment you create your account and activate the code. You receive this information before that moment.

How you receive this information. Before your account is created you must take note of a link to this information and to the withdrawal instructions. Immediately after your account has been created successfully you will also receive an automated confirmation email containing the full text of these withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form as a PDF attachment.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract for the use of your account within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day your account was created and the code activated, that is, the day on which you concluded the contract for your account.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (mehr wollen UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Industriestraße 15, 18069 Rostock, Germany, email: widerruf@h-oursapp.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the withdrawal function permanently provided on our website at https://www.h-oursapp.com/vertrag-widerrufen There, enter your user ID in the field “Which contract?”; you will find it in your account under “Your user ID”. If you use this online function, we will send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, without undue delay, stating the content of your declaration and the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

As no monetary payment was made for this contract, no reimbursement takes place. We will delete your account and the personal data processed for it without undue delay, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this. If you already had access to the app in the meantime, that access also ends with the withdrawal.

The paying person's claim to the consideration under their own support contribution contract (Part A) remains unaffected by your withdrawal and continues independently. Your access code is not automatically reissued as a result and is not refunded to the paying person either — it simply remains unused.
